How to use it

  1. Pick a goal

Just starting, grow steadily, or a two-week launch push. Each sets a starting number.

  2. Set your number

Lower it if it's more than you can keep for months. Steady beats a burst.

  3. Choose your apps

The same idea goes to each, in that app's own shape.

  4. Copy or add to your calendar

Copy as text, copy for Google Sheets, or download a calendar file that repeats every week.

Questions people ask

How many times a week should a business post on TikTok?

3 to 5 is a good start. Buffer's study of 11.4 million posts found views per post rose at 2 to 5 posts a week and again at 6 to 10, compared with once a week.

What times does the schedule use?

12:30 for the first post of a day, 19:00 for a second and 8:00 for a third, in your customers' time zone. They're starting points: change them to when your customers scroll, then keep them steady so you can compare posts.

Does the calendar file post for me?

No. It adds reminders to your calendar. To have posts go out by themselves, link your accounts in Off Camera.

Is posting twice a day too much?

For most businesses, yes, beyond a short push. ClickUp's team saw views drop at twice a day and went back to about once a day.
