Affiliate Terms

• You need an Off Camera account with a confirmed email. You don't need a paid plan. Joining is free.
• You must be 18 or older, and allowed to make a contract where you live. One affiliate account per person.
• You join as yourself, not as an employee or agent of Off Camera. You can't speak or sign anything for us.

• 25% of each payment a person you brought makes for their Off Camera plan, after any discount and before tax, for 12 months from their first payment. Payments after that earn nothing.
• Yearly plans: 25% of the yearly payment, once.
• What doesn't count: AI credit packs, plans we give away for free, and anything you or your own brands pay for.
• Commissions are in US dollars and rounded down to the cent.

• Your link is offcamera.co with ?ref= and your code. It works on any page of our site. When someone opens it, their browser remembers your code for 60 days in a small cookie.
• If they make a new Off Camera account in that time, they count as yours. If they opened someone else's link first, they count for that person.
• Once they sign up, it never changes. Someone who already had an account doesn't count.
• No self-referrals. Signing up yourself doesn't count: not with another email, not with the same card, and not for a brand you belong to. We check this, and those payments earn nothing.
• You see the people you brought on your Refer & Earn page, with most of each email hidden, their plan and what you earned from them.

• The 30-day wait. Each commission waits 30 days after the payment, in case of a refund. Then it's ready to pay.
• Refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or disputed before we pay you, its commission is cancelled (or lowered, for a part refund). If we already paid you for it, we take it off your next payout.
• Every month. We send payouts by the 5th of each month, by PayPal or Wise, to the email you give us. If what's ready is less than $50, it rolls over to the next month.
• Give us the right PayPal or Wise email. We aren't responsible for money sent to the email you gave us. PayPal or Wise may charge you their own fees.
• You're responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for tax forms (like a W-9 or W-8BEN) before we pay you.

Share your link with people who would find Off Camera useful. When you do:

• Say you earn a commission, in words people can't miss, close to your link: for example “I earn a commission if you subscribe”. The law asks for this in the US (the FTC's rules) and in many other places. Our ready-made posts already say it.
• No spam. No emails, messages or comments sent in bulk to people who didn't ask for them.
• No paid ads on our name. Don't bid on “Off Camera”, our name in other spellings, or our web address in search or social ads, and don't run ads that look like they come from us.
• No fake reviews or fake accounts, and don't pay or reward people to sign up.
• Don't promise people views, followers or money from Off Camera, and don't say anything about it that isn't true.

• You can leave any time: email us. We pay what's ready to pay once it reaches $50.
• We can end your affiliate account if you break these rules or abuse the program. Then your link stops counting and commissions we haven't paid yet are cancelled.
• If you delete your Off Camera account, your affiliate account ends with it. Email us first if you have money waiting.
• We can change or close the program. If we close it, we pay what you earned up to then.

If we change these terms in a way that matters for you, we email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you keep sharing your link after that, the new terms apply. Commissions you earned before a change are paid under the terms you earned them under.
